Over the past ten years I have helped people from Carlisle to Congleton and from Southport to Sheffield - and many points between - to make the most of their buildings and locality.

A bungalow in St. Annes brings different advantages and problems to a listed lodge in the Clitheroe countryside, or a terraced house in Blackburn, or a townhouse in Wilmslow, but every home has its strong points that can be worked with. I have a wide professional toolkit of guidelines, formulas and techniques, plus years of experience of teaching and applying them, that we can use together to improve your life.
