Terms and Conditions

• Delivery. All products are usually in stock. Our aim is to dispatch most orders within 48 hours for items in stock. For those item that are out of stock please allow 28 days for delivery. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if the item is out of stock.
  
  
• Postage and Packing. All our items are free p&p. This is shown in the shopping cart as £0.00.
  
  
• Minimum Order. Please note that with great reluctance, and for the first time since 1998, we have had to introduce a minimum order. This is due to the Royal Mail's size and weight pricing policy. Our minimum order is £20.00, cards and bookmarks £12.00.
                                                                                      
• Returns Policy. If you are at all dissatisfied with your order please telephone us immediately on 015395 34771 or email joanna@greenwaysfengshui.co.uk . 
  Please notify us on receipt if any items are broken and return the items in their original packaging. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge. We will refund the cost of return postage by standard Parcel Mail.

Greenways Feng Shui has traded since 1998 and during this time we have sold thousands of enhancements and become friends with many of our customers. In order that we continue to provide this personal service we only accept orders from mainland UK.
